visited for the first time today and it was more like a co-working space. every table was taken up by people with laptops spread out. upstairs was the same. they must make decent profits flogging coffee as their seating was probably only at 50% capacity, yet nobody could sit down and a number of potential customers were walking away in the 5 minutes we were there. i love supporting local but sadly on this occasion wasnt able to. its a lovely venue and id like to return but maybe on the off chance when in winton.

Great place to work. Bournemouth could do with more spaces like this.

Lovely food, friendly staff , has a lovely cultural feel in a almost Parisian way, which is aesthetically pleasing also

Very disappointed Came in with my partner and a friend for a coffee and cake. We all ordered at the same time and the place wasnt that busy with 4 members of staff. Our friend had to wait 20 mins for her coffee and cake only to have to go up and ask to find out they completely forgot about her order and clearly didnt even have it written down anywhere as they completely forgot what cake she wanted. Very disappointed when it wasnt that busy and with the amount of staff they had.

We're really keen to find local independent coffee and delis for lovely weekend breakfasts. The menu online had a lot of promise so we chose to go! 3.50 for one small slice of sourdough toast was very expensive, I would expect to get at least 2 slices for this price! The breakfast burrito was DELICIOUS!!!! and great coffee too. The greeting when we arrived was a little strange. It was obvious we hadn't been before and asked how it worked and didn't get much of an enthusiastic explanation by the worker. The choice of soft drinks for my husband was extremely limited, especially for breakfast time and a non-coffee drinker! I was really keen to look at their apparel as the jumpers looked amazing, but it wasn't obvious where we were/weren't able to go and look, so I didn't get the chance to see. May return again - lots of promise, but a little disappointing.
