        We have been going to Costa Coffee in Kinson (Bournemouth) for a couple of months. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them. My friends, my Husband and I meet for coffee in there every other week. Sometimes more often!! I am lactose intolerant and the staff, all of them, always make sure every drink I have is totally lactose free. The only negative is that the only alternative to dairy is Soya, which I usually have, even at home. Would recommend to everyone
