Amazing service. Had my wedding dress altered here and the lady did a fantastic job. Highly recommend and great prices too! Alot cheaper than a wedding dress shop who charge you way too much just because they can! Always go here for my alterations.

Worst customer service I ever see the old lady so rude she dont even cant speak English properly and using bad word to the customers Not great value for money and very poor customer care in the Boscombe store I dont recommend this place at all

I went into the shop with a brand new jacket that I thought was beyond repair having burnt a hole into it. The lovely lady in the shop was so helpful. The jacket was a Valentines gift and she managed to get it repaired in just a few days, right in time for Valentines Day which Im so grateful for! When I picked up the jacket I was amazed at how well the repair had been done! You couldnt even tell there was ever any damage to it. She exceeded all expectations and I am so happy with the result. An Amazing 10/10 business that I will recommend to everyone! Thank you so much!

The attitude doesnt match the hight prices and the NOT quick sew. Just no. First time in my life I encounter a tailor who doesn't take the measurements and ask the customers to do it themselves lol. Edit: I knew what I wanted I just needed the tailor to take the measurements so she can shorten my pants properly (a very simple task) but she refused and told me to do it myself inside the fitting room (with a passive aggressive tone). As for the prices, I went to The House of Stitch and they did the measurements, gave me a price 3 cheaper than yours, done it in a much quicker time and all without an attitude.
