    Avoid them (both Go-Assist and Big Warranty)!! No sensible customer service at all. No update given. First engineer visiting on 12/9, the so-called 'manufacturer engineer' said he never saw the product before. The problem I had was one of the four burners of the hob not working. It was clear that some internal connection of the gas supply was not working, but the engineer insisted to order 4 new nobs, even I showed him it was not working if I take a nob from a working burner and place it on the not working burner. The nobs delivery took 3.5 weeks after that. I called the customer service number for many times. Nobody picked up the phone 9 of 10 times when I called them. And if I am fortunate enough to reach someone, they had no information about the delivery. The engineer told me the delivery should take 3 to 5 days, but two weeks after the customer service team told me it should be up to 3 weeks!. And it actually arrived after 3.5 weeks. On the packing list of the parcel, I noticed the document date was just 3 days before I received it. They forgot it for 3 weeks, even I kept chasing them! Unbelievable!. There was no surprise. I tried the new nobs (besides they posted me 5 nobs while only one burner had issue) and there was no surprise that it was not working. I called them and told them about this. They promised for further update in 24 hrs. I told them that was the last chance I would trust this company, and if they fail again, I would request full refund of the repair and the 12 months warranty bundled. It was no surprise again that nothing happened i the next 24 hrs. Their engineering sub-contractor called me 3 days after to book a visit. It was booked for 12/10, one month after the first visit. I called Co-Assist next day to cancel this visit and requested full refund as I warned them last time. The guy on the other end said he would raise this to their management team as an urgent case. But the engineer still came on 12/10! I called them immediately and a lady told me I had no option but let the engineer check my hob, otherwise I would loose my money and they would take no responsibility. No refund would be considered because they put a term in the contract saying refund would be given only if they can't repair within 10 weeks. I said it made no sense if they clearly don't do anything to help their customer but can still hold my money for 10 weeks. In addition, this old lady on the line told me even it passes 10 weeks, I couldn't get my refund because they had ordered parts for me! For god sick, she meant the useless nobs! I told her the nobs were not working and we told their engineer from the beginning. She said it won't change my situation. They ordered the parts and there won't be refund after that point! So the business can order something cheap anyway in any case and then even they don't do any repair, their customers have no right for refund! I paid 180+ for the repair and warranty, and they told me no refund because they posted me 5 silly nobs worth 13 on their paperwork! And it took 3.5 weeks to receive them! BTW, it is a bit confusion between the two companies Go-Assist(GA) and Big Warranty(BW). GA switch board told me on-going repairs had been moved to BW to look after, but BW team were not aware of this and told me I should call GA. Both companies customer service numbers have no people picking up calls even I hold for 10 mins, but when I called sales dpt number they picked up in 5 secs and could transfer my call to service team who also picked up in 10 secs. So they are NOT busy! Sadly that I couldn't give them zero point here! Once again, AVOID THEM BOTH!!

BTW, it is a bit confusion between the two companies Go-Assist(GA) and Big Warranty(BW).
