        I booked a massage with Jai after a friend recommended Natural Healing Dorset. I had been suffering from a painful shoulder and felt out of sorts. Jai was excellent, I felt totally at ease in his company. Forty-eight hours later, the pain has gone and I feel like myself again. Highly recommend

        Woke up with super tight traps unsure why so I rang and booked an appointment with Mollie who assessment me and did some dry needling, cupping, massage and chiro and it was so good! Super knowledgable, walked away with some exercises to help in the future. Have booked in for next week as a follow up! Looking forward to it!
