I first attended this clinic in 2020 with my son who was about 18months old at the time, and Ive just gotten home following a treatment after the birth of my youngest son who is now 4 months old. Its very rare that I can arrange child care so I have had to bring my child with me on every visit, and the practice have been very understanding and accommodating. Wayne is an excellent chiropractor, clearly highly skilled, so easy to talk too, and comfortably handled treating me and chatting to my child as needed. (My son screamed non stop though our appointment today, thank you for handling it so well Wayne, I really needed that treatment!) The gentleman on reception (sorry I dont know your name) is also very helpful, and while he did suggest that arranging childcare might be beneficial, he was very quick to accept that I would need to bring my very lovely, yet clingy EBF baby into my appointment with me. I even breastfed my son in the waiting room in an attempt to settle him for my appointment, the gent on reception was very supportive and I felt comfortable feeding my son. I would absolutely recommend to everyone, the practice is easy find, clean and light in atmosphere, theres loads of free street parking locally, and they are also very reasonably priced for excellent individualised care. Fully deserving of all 5 stars. Thank you.

I have had treatment earlier this year, from Richard, for Achille's tendonitis. Excellent clinic. I highly recommend them.

*3/9/2021* In addition to this, I have called to rebook my appointment and have been told I can't be seen at the clinic due to my previous review here. I will now be taking this further. I have heard many fantastic things about the Chiropractors here (Richard and Wayne) however, I was majorly put off of attending by the attitude of the receptionist. I called to book an new patient consultation following the birth of our second child, as I had read up online about alignment and how important it was due to the changes your body experiences during pregnancy. The receptionist spoke me through all of the normal bits and pieces as well as their preferences in regards to COVID. I was asked to attend alone if possible (which I absolutely understand due to the nature of the clinic and COVID), however, I asked permission to bring my newborn son. I was then told it wasn't ideal and questioned if I could get a babysitter, told the appointment was upstairs, and how 'disruptive' it would be to other clients and the chiropractors if my son was to start crying. Whilst I understand this, there's a polite way to go about it. My son is currently breastfed, so I cannot just pass him over to a babysitter. If changed and fed, would have been fine throughout an appointment. The attitude of the receptionist in regards to attending with my son played on my mind throughout the week, so come Thursday (the day before my appointment), I decided to cancel as I felt incredibly uncomfortable and felt like I'd be a nuisance taking my baby with me. I was told that it was "a bit short notice" and advised that on re-booking to 1. Let them know I'm already on the system to avoid duplicating, and 2. To "make sure it's at a time I can definitely attend." - Despite the fact I had told him that I would wait until we introduced our son to bottles. His overall attitude and demeanour left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable on two occasions, so although the chiropractors are (from what I've heard) amazing at their jobs and really lovely people, as well as the clinic prices being very competitive, I think I will be looking elsewhere.
