Active Therapy South

Ive only had 2 sessions with Matt working on my shoulder and the difference it has made is amazing. From working on a computer 10 hours a day, my right shoulder gets so tight, to the point that even turning my head causes pain all down my back. Now, although the pain hasnt gone completely (yet) I have full range of movement and I only get very slight twinges in some positions. Otherwise, it feels likes its back to normal, its amazing. I also mentioned a pain in my lower back, which he did some needling on. I was a little dubious on how it would work, however since then, I havent felt the stabbing pain which I used to get quite regularly. I cant recommend him highly enough!

Cant rate this company high enough, 5 stars isnt enough. Naomi is just amazing and has got me out of some really bad problems and I cant thank her enough. Matts sports massage is also top work, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Just had a very thorough session with Naomi. A total sort out of quite a few problems. Not only is she a great chiropractor she is lovely and friendly. Also very importantly, she is so knowledgeable on so many health and nutritional issues. You learn so much and she helps in so many ways. Thank you Naomi. Xxx

Went to see Active Therapy South after I wasnt getting anywhere with an another chiropractor for several months. On my first visit Matt explain what was wrong and advised a plan for treatment. Within a few weeks I was fixed and ready for the windsurfing I was trip going on which I was worried about having to cancel as I was in too much pain.

I have received regular treatments from both Matt and Naomi for many years. With regular reviews Naomi she has kept my posture right and Matt has severely reduced pain levels ranging from sciatic pain to tight shoulders. Thank you
