We used to come here often but won't anymore, this has never happened to me before in 18 years of being vegetarian but I ordered the plant based chicken wrap and got real chicken :( I did get a refund on the wrap, though I was charged for the sides and dip that came with it. I don't mind an honest mistake if it is simply owned up to and the response is kind but the management were rather confrontational and defensive, saying we were not clear enough in our order. This is very different to the experiences we'd have at Chicken and Blues before Christmas when we would come here a lot during the week for their great plant based menu. Now I think twice about going to restaurants like this as a vegan, I'd rather go somewhere 100% vegan and not take the risk.
