Bennington Green are very professional. They are great communicators and explain everything to you. We use them for a range of services from Reinstatement cost assessments to project managing major works including external redecorations and replacement balcony projects. We have used them in a number of projects and have not been disappointed. We would highly recommend them for any Building Surveying services.

In March 2022 we required a private property Level 3 survey to be completed quickly to ensure a purchase was secured. The Bennington Green website clearly demonstrated the range of expertise we were seeking; a surveyor was quickly allocated. Matthew Merry spoke to us in detail before the survey, again immediately after the survey and was then generous with his time in discussing his report. The report itself was delivered quickly and was very comprehensive, identifying a number of issues which we would need to address. Following the completion of these services, Mr Merry was invaluable in resolving an historic omission in a building regulation certificate relating to the property, removing the uncertainty expressed by our solicitor at a critical stage in the purchase process. We might add that the reception and administration staff acted most professionally from the moment our first phone call was answered. A big thank you, Mark and Carolann Taylor
