        >>> Excercise caution with this firm. >>> Make sure you ask up front for their list of charges. >>> Request quarterly invoices so you know exactly where you are with charges. I paid by monthly direct debit, to avoid any surprises in charges, but despite this, 18 months later they advised I owed 1800 to settle my account. Turned out my monthly direct debit had only covered ~50% of their charges. This was never communicated. This final settlement included forgotten charges from 18 months before. They refused to correspond with me or submit HMRC and final accounts until this bill was paid. All this occured during Covid lockdown period when small businesses needed most support (especially from their accountant). Very stressful; very unprofessional and unhelpful. An experience not to be repeated.
