We have never used a cattery before now but we are so impressed with the level of care Ellie provides. I felt completely reassured whilst she was looking after our cat. Thank you.

We have been leaving our cat with Ellie for the last couple of years and have always been very happy with everything! I wanted to put a review on this time around as Ellie has gone above and beyond this time as when dropping Sophie our cat with her a few days ago we didnt see anything wrong with her but Ellie noticed an issue with her paw/leg and organised taking her to the vets and then giving her all the pain killers and antibiotics she needed over the next few days of her stay. Ellie kept me up to date daily on how Sophie was doing and when we collected her yesterday she is all ok and all medicines administered! Ellie really put my mind at rest whilst we were away and cared so much about Sophie! I highly recommend anyone to use this cattery as we wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks Ellie! x

Ellie was amazing with our cat Mortimer, can't thank her enough! This was his first time away from home and he's a naturally shy boy, so she put in a lot of work to gain his trust and make him feel comfortable. She sent us regular updates on his progress which helped us feel more comfortable too. Thank you for your kindness and patience with him!
