Ricky cleaned my Living Room and my two bedroom carpets and also a stain from an accident my puppy had! The Carpets are now nice and fluffy and stain free. I was quoted a much lower price from a different company but when the Cleaner arrived they started adding things to my bill that I was not quoted originally. Carpet Local did not try this on. Managed to remove an oil stain from my lounge carpet, which saved me the hassle and expense of having the landlord fix the problem - which may have been a replacement! Professional service, the carpet technician arrived on time and was courteous. Fair price from Carpet Local, no hidden extras - which I found every other company seemed to do! I had phoned up three other companies, all claiming to be local, but in the end they're just farming out the work to anyone who'll do it for the cheapest price while charging you more than advertised! I'm my experience, Carpet Local quoted me a price and I paid it, simple as that. Job done, carpet clean and stain gone the way of the dodo. Cheers!

After being let down by a so-called 'local' carpet cleaner (they were actually a national!), I needed my carpets cleaning quickly, reliably and professionally. I called Carpet Local and not only did they accommodate my late notice request but my carpets are clean and smell better than ever! My daughter's end of tenancy is now complete and deposit safe in hand, thank goodness! The team at Carpet Local are based in Bournemouth, and were able to clean my carpets at short notice. Thank you!
