        Owner originally knowledgeable and helpful. When things went wrong he was unhelpful, defensive, non responsive, refused to have an email conversation, only a phone call. Got a member of his family to send an aggressive email to get rid of me. But eventually got it fixed when i had to get my male partner involved who he listened to. Car had 2 major issues in 6 months.
