        Most of staff are nice but some are rude to customers

        Asked for an iced tea which is on menu. Gave me a hot tea in a coffee cup with couple cubes of ice.... Asked for refund immediately. Tried to explain how to serve in plastic cup like the iced coffees lots of ice, not understood...
