        Wow, recently had to visit with my Mother to sort out her finances. Staff are amazing, the Italian lady was so helpful & kind. We had to carry out a few processes as my mother is getting old. I never knew banking could be such a joy. Thank you to all the staff here.

        Me and my friend had to visit the wonderful place known as nationwide (it's a building society, not a bank!) As soon as we entered the building a wave of content came over us as if we had just come home for Christmas. We spoke with the wonderful member of staff, Martin, who was cool, concise, and a pleasure to be around! I believe our dilemma was one he had not encountered before but, even though he ran into some problems, he was able to resolve all issues relatively quickly, and with ease.

        Went in the branch today to sort some direct debit issues out, a lovely member of staff "Mandy" went above and Beyond to help me. Excellent customer service!
