Staff are rude sometimes, they close early and when asked say 'just because' even though 6 members of staff left the branch. Update.. the branch manager from Bournemouth branch rang me and I said that this closing early, computers down etc usually means the end of a branch. She said the branch is staying open until 2024 at least. Letter this morning, about a week later, says Southbourne branch is closing in November, what a joke.
