WED2B Bournemouth

Came in with my mum today to look at dresses and was served by Jess. What an absolute superstar she is! I didnt find my dress here today, as I think my heart was set on one I had tried elsewhere. Despite this Jess was so kind, supportive and attentive - I didnt feel like just a number, and didnt feel I was being given a hard/in compassionate sell. Lots of dresses to try and really friendly staff - highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, Ellie was very helpful but be very careful when you pay, they sell you even what you don't want, suddenly your price will be much higher then you expect especially, if you have budget for your wedding dress. Very unprofessional, you should customer let know what you purchase for them.

I visited the Bournemouth branch with my now Mother and Sister-in-Law. The staff were so helpful with helping find THE dress. Unfortunately I can't remember the lady who assisted me, but she was very professional and kind. Their dresses are so beautiful and well made for an affordable price.

Today I said yes to my dream dress !! Honestly today Ive never felt so beautiful Yasmin went above and beyond. She made my experience perfect I never thought I would be a beautiful bride but she helped me pick the perfect dress and brought lots of energy to my fitting and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I honestly have never felt so beautiful thank you all so much as a plus size lady I never thought I would look beautiful or even comfortable but Im blown away with how comfortable and beautiful I looked I now cant wait till meet my love in my dream dress xx chelsea
