Our 10 year old daughter, who has additional needs has been having 1:1 sessions with Fit 2 Box for a year and a half. They have created a personalised program for her, complete with a visual board of photos, to aid communication and to help her identify the equipment easily. She is always excited to come along to boxing even if she is tired (Friday after school)! The gym is clean and fresh, and a pleasant environment for parents to relax while their children burn off lots of energy. Fit 2 Box are fully inclusive and have a strong safeguarding policy.

Absolute fantastic place! My first taster session I was a bag of nerves but as the session went on you find yourself fitting in and forgetting about your nerves very quickly.the staff are very welcoming and friendly but professional at the same time, just a lovely place to learn to box I will say so myself.

I attend the ladies kickboxing class here three mornings a week, the instructors are all very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. The session are fun and challenging and suit people of all abilities and fitness levels. Everybody who attends the classes is very friendly and its always a great atmosphere, Ive learnt so much whilst attend the class and made friends, cant recommend fit 2 box enough.

My son has been with Fit2Box for a few years now and loves it. The training is full on and 1st class. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Fit2Box to anyone who is looking for top boxing training locally. A++ keep up the great work guys
