    Charming lady gave us an estimate over the phone which she explained was the company policy. With this installation I believe a sight visit to see the complex nature of the present heating and hot water supply, that could not be fully explained over the phone. I received an email with the estimate which I felt was lacking a full detail of the schedule of the work to be carried out.

    Mac installed a new boiler at my mother's home. He did an excellent job and fully explained the new system to both my mother and to me as well, so I can help her manage her heating in the future. Mac was great, he went above and beyond our expectations, cleaned up after the installation and kept us informed of the process all the time. We can't thank him enough.

    Asked for a quote. Engineer called to rearrange the visit as it was too far for him to travel just for a quote, then didn't turn up for the revised appointment despite me staying in to meet him. Hasn't bothered to contact to cancel or apologise. Rubbish service.

    From start to finish James and the team at Gas Assist Boiler were brilliant. I got exactly what I wanted at a brilliant price with no messing about. Work carried out by a great bunch of engineers. Remedial work was carried out promptly and with no fuss. So pleased this company was recommended by a friend and looking forward to keeping warm this winter. Thank you Gas Assist Boiler, highly recommended!

    i wouldnt even give this one but as it requires something it will have to do. do not use this company, they dont use their own engineers they use outside firms randomly unvetted and you are at their mercy, after they said they dont use outside help any more, oi get a phone call from another company saying gas assist had contacted them to ring me about putting all the shoddy work right that they had previously done. an absolute joke of a company and when a complaint is raised. "no one is available" or contactable. an absolute shower of $H1T. i will be taking it out by someone else i think and be sending it back and claiming it all back through their expense.
