        A lovely break. James and Andi are such good hosts. Breakfast lovely with a spot on poached egg! Room was very comfortable with some nice touches - own coffee machine and humbugs. Really close to the beach and Southbourne has some quirky independent shops including it's own cheese shop! An ideal area to explore on bike - we visited Mudeford and Hengistbury Head.

        Great vibe, clean and comfy.. Just completed my third stay and everything about this place is exceptionally good. I appreciate the efforts the owners to make their guest house as sustainable as possible without cutting corners on quality and comfort. I reserve a final special mention for the breakfast - James cooks a splendid poached egg!
