They did it again!!!! Holiday Prep - Sorted! Lauren being an absolute queen of lash lifts and facials. Can't stop looking at my perfect French Nails either. My skin has NEVER felt this good. Abbie did a great job on the deluxe pedicure. Thanks again ladies. I'm ready to be make up free by that pool with confidence. Thanks to Jem for sorting all 3 of us out ready for the holiday. Appreciate the above and beyond you went for us.

Best place in Bournemouth! I couldn't thank you enough for your kindness and understanding.Both me and my mother in law had our eyelash extensions done with Jem and it was an amazing experience Jem you are so kind and lovely,eyelashes look incredible despite the problems we encountered,I felt so welcome and comfy as if I've been a regular costumer. After seeing amazing pictures of lashes on Instagram I was keen to try this salon. The pictures did not match the service I received. To begin with I was put into a very uncomfortable chair. Not only was my neck aching the entire appointment, the lash lift didnt even work! Not to mention the lady was going back and forth from filing and painting a clients nails to doing my lashes without washing her hands in between. Im just grateful I didnt get an eye infection! Not pleasant as all. She even said she was not happy with the result but charged me the full price. After the appointment the lady had the audacity to give me a loyalty card as if Id ever consider coming back. I had a very disappointing experience here.
