        I arrived on time for my appointment After 10 minutes I asked the Therapist how long she would be. She said at least 15 minutes. I asked why she hadnt phoned me and she said she was too busy to call me las they were understaffed. Very disappointed! Running 25 minutes late without a call or being informed on arrival is poor customer service. The waxing was fine but the therapist seemed very stressed and just going through the motions. Thankfully I hadnt book a relaxing facial! I have been a client of The Venue for 2.5 years. Sadly it seems like a very different salon now! Service: Waxing
