        I had a haircut with Gemma today. My hair is difficult to cut but she has done a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted and carried it out. I'm new to the area and it's always tricky trying to find a new hairdresser you can trust. I was impressed by the polite and friendly manner of both the lady who made my appointment over the phone and by Gemma as she cut my hair.
