Bought a voucher and booked a pedi. I asked for location and nearest landmark. The asst refused to tell me! I asked if a massage was involved and was told no! Basically a file and polish! Not a mani or pedi as advertised! I couldn't find the salon aftetv1 1/2 of searching. The salon refused me a refund!!

No idea how this place is still in business! A very strange, rude and unprofessional owner. I had a voucher but everything seemed wrong on it days they operate had reduced, website seemed to be gone, phone number disconnected. Found them on Facebook and phoned the number listed to which the owner answered as if it was a personal call and went straight into a state of demanding to know where I got the number from which is very weird as its listed as a business number on her business Facebook page so no idea why she was so horrified strange lady! I was treated to a lecture on how little money she makes and how she has had to reduce costs by disconnecting her website and phone number I dont need to know all this! Its so unprofessional and none of my business. I went on to say I was looking for a local place to get my nails done regularly and how did I book with her then and she told me to go back on to Facebook and find a link. First rule of salesgrab a sale whilst you can, dont send them off. Needlessly to say I wont be stepping foot near the place and have found somewhere else. To be honest I am amazed her business has lasted this long.
