Awful experience. Staff on arrival were rude and unwelcoming. Very long wait for food, and an order was sent to another table. Manager came across moody and rude since arriving but did give free drinks later on to apologise which was appreciated but the overall experience wasn't enjoyable. We had a 2 hour slot but left early because we didn't feel welcome and definitely didn't enjoy ourselves. I would avoid this place in future

We went there as a group of 6 people, we arrived at 7:55 got out fist drinks to the table at around 8:40 when the drinks arrived there were no glasses provided for the pitches. I waited for 20 mins (after waiting for our original drinks order to arrive) at the bar to get some ciders while waiting for the drinks we ordered as every time someone paid for a drink on a card the bar staff had to leave the bar to get signal .... I say staff it was a Saturday night and there was only one member of staff on the bar. I went to the bar and asked for a glass of water and was told I could not have one it was at the other bar I went to the other bar and was told they do not do walk in orders. When the food arrived for the table we tried the fries and gave them back to a waiter saying they were disgusting as you could squeeze the oil from them and they were soft. I went to leave because I needed to pop to the shop and was told I could not come back in if I left. I was genuinely disappointed.

An awful experience. Waited an hour for my 14.50 luke warm, very average burger and chips. Other drinks we ordered didn't turn up. Manager did give us free drinks to apologize which was appreciated but on whole the security, door staff and management made our time there uncomfortable. We had a 2 hour time slot but left before our time was up as we had had enough. Forget any customer services, you'll be made to feel like your a burden on them when you just want to enjoy your evening. Don't bother coming here.
