I had a disappointing experience at the shop today. Despite being a paying customer, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the elderly lady who assisted me. She rolled her eyes and roughly packaged my order, tossing it onto the counter. While I understand that everyone has their own circumstances, it was still disappointing to be treated in such a manner. I felt that the elderly lady's behavior was unacceptable, and it left a negative impression on my visit to the shop. DISGUSTING AND EMBARRASSING BEHAVIOUR!

Went in today and spoken to so rudely by the older lady with short grey hair that I told her to forget it customer service is awful was going to spend money in there but after that went up the road Gregs Think she needs to work in a mortuary where she can be as rude as she likes and no one will care

Bought a pasty for lunch and a 'chocolate' truffle. The pasty was possibly the worst I have ever had! The lady microwaved it (without asking if I wanted it warm) but not for long enough to actually heat the pasty. The result was chewy, gluey pastry with cold gristly mince inside along with giant chunks of watery (cold) swede. I ended up throwing it away as it was inedible. I tried the chocolate truffle but the coating and 'chocolate' curls were definitely not chocolate but rather some very cheap imitation which did not taste pleasant, the actual truffle mixture was pleasant so a shame it was let down by such a cheap and nasty coating. Would not return.
