Highly recommend Bournemouth Gearbox Centre. Phil is polite, extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He helped troubleshoot an issue with 7- speed DSG 'gearbox error' when my car broke down. The car was diagnosed as having a cracked mechatronic casing. The casing and accumulator were replaced and I picked it up the next day. Work is warrantied. Thank you!

I brought my Skoda Superb to them as had a strange noise from engine, they found a common fault with the DSG gearbox within minutes. Excellent professional service from start to finish. I can not recommend you enough. Thank you

I have had issues with the 7-speed DSG on my Skoda (well known issues that Skoda never bothered to recall for!) and Phil has been able to sort them quickly and professionally both times, and at a much cheaper price than the main dealer who was only ever interested in completely replacing the gearbox and not investigating the fault whatsoever! When it looked like the fault had re-occured just days outside the end of the warranty on the replacement part, he very graciously fixed the issue without charge. Thankfully it was a very quick fix, but it could have been so much more. Well Phil, thank you very much. I will gladly continue referring anyone i know with auto issues to you, and if i have any more i will be back. With service like that which is offered here, this gentleman and his company deserve to be successful for years to come.
