Fantastic Service from the team at Tony Holt Design - they provided me with technical drawings and architectural plans for an extension. They also managed to secure planning permission very efficiently. The team were always on hand to answer any questions and provide site visits when necessary to discuss ideas. I would highly recommend!

I have worked with Tony and his team throughout 2022. I have been very impressed with their approach and together we have submitted and received approval for our new house. Tony has offered plenty of advise and understood what we were after from our new home. The design itself is modern yet sympathetic to the village environment and local environment. I would definitely recommend Tony Holt Design.

Choosing Tony and his team as our designers was critical to the success of the Beechfield project and we remain delighted clients. The house is spectacular. We had commissioned another architect prior to Tony, who threw planning and design blockers in the way of what we were seeking to achieve whereas Tonys approach was to design our dream home and then manage the planning, which went through without a hitch. Tony was able to immediately visualise how we could take advantage of the south facing opportunity enabling us to enjoy solar gain in the winter and shade in the summer which has been a huge energy saving bonus. He was sensitive to our budget and adjusted the initial design to ensure that we never felt that we were compromising. Weve been living in the house now for three years and there is nothing that we have, in retrospect, wish we had done differently. We love it and engaging with Tony was the key to this outcome

Warning to others stay away from This Company They took deposit of 3k from me to start my remodel project and promised to stat in 4/5 weeks which was ok with me . After seven weeks of no communication I tried calling Tony Holt but he never answered my calls staff giving excuses he is working from home and will call you . Tony finally called me and said he was having some personal issues and needs more time which I gave him the benefit of doubt . Again they started making excuses giving me dates of completion which came and went And finally after nearly 10 weeks asked for my money back which they paid back meaning not even started on my project and were just lying to me all this time . Wasted my 10 weeks I had builders booked but now cant start my project as two months behind thanks to these cowboys . Anybody wanting to use these guys please dont pay them any deposit money as your work will never start . I have all the messages from Tony holt promising to deliver work as proof this review is genuine would love to see if he has a reply to this review .
