ASG Repair

Totally unreliable and unresponsive despite letters (Bournemouth address on web site is no longer the company's HQ) e-mails and phone calls. Booking in for a job but never completed and I am left with £268 paid and no action or repair. A company to be avoided at all costs.

I booked and paid 146 for an engineer to repair my appliance and was told the engineer would contact me directly.when he didn't contact me I rang and was told they couldn't provide an engineer so I requested a refund and was told it could take upto 10 days. I waited 14 days and rang them, no answer, I then emailed them, no reply. DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE - IT'S A RIP OFF. No phone call back no refund either! Service: Dryer repair

Terrible service! From the start I had to keep messaging them to get updates. After visiting and telling me I needed a new part, I then had to chase for a quote, once the quote was received I made payment right away. Over a week later I heard nothing, only when I messaged did they actually say they were ordering the part. Another 2 weeks later I'm chasing them up asking when's the part arriving and when is it going to be installed. No reply! Have now cancelled, raised a dispute with the charges on my credit card, and am now writing this review to warn any other potential victims! Service: Exhaust hood repairs
