I realize that I visited on a very busy day due to the bank holiday weekend.But all I've done tonight is apologize to my poor cat for putting him through such an awful experience.We spent an hour and a half waiting after our appointment time with no heads up from the receptionists as to everything running late.Consequently my boy was so distressed he couldn't have a proper examination.The place is very noisy and not a place for sick animals,the general behaviour of people attending leaves a lot to be desired.The vet was stressed,overworked and didn't seem very knowledgeable about cats.We came out knowing no more than when we went in.If you have the money,go somewhere else.

I called the PDSA Bournemouth hospital out of hours as my dog was shaking uncontrollably and had diarrhoea. I was asked if it was me that had diarrhoea, would I call a hospital. I hung up and called Vets Now who saw my dog within the hour diagnosing pancreatitis, so no I wasn't over reacting! Best avoided!
