Sends out spammy and aggressive marketing emails fearing you into using them for business. No need to word your letters in such a threatening way. Honest feedback for you - I would recommend you re do them.

They've sent me a very aggressive "marketing" letter where they coerce you to use their service. They 1st tell you that "failure to comply" carries a risk of prosecution only to give you the option to choose from "3 options to remain compliant" which of course is only their service. it's all about confirmation statement at companies house. Which really is 3 minutes of clicking to do it yourself. For those of you who don't know it's also an option. Scam type, misleading advertisement. In the replies to other reviews they state that the letter is "simply informing" you about duties and responsibilities of a director, but you can tell that the wording is deliberate. They sound more like a car park fine enforcement company trying to look like a local council rather than an accounting business, if you know what I mean. ;) Marketing at it's worst and just bad sales tactic. They know exactly what they're doing. If they think it's OK, I'll stay away from them as they clearly have very poor moral compass and lack of ethical approach to business. There are better companies out there who don't lower themselves to such practices and get the customers by delivering a real value.

CROOKS, send aggressively worded letters giving the impression they have legal standing, WHY HAVE 3 QR CODES SAYING I HAVE THREE OPTIONS? There should be a 4th option saying you can ignore us, yes you have legal responsibility to file at companies house AND we can help do that BUT WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH COMPANIES HOUSE other than being a 3rd party company?
