        Very disappointed. I dropped the car at 6 in d morning know one was there. Fair enough its to early but They took money from my account without advice me. I tried to contact them by email to see for what they charged me but they didn't replay to me Hope after this review i will get an answer

        The bottom line is that if you want to have the car you booked at the day and time you booked it for, better if you use any other service...left at the non-existing Bournemouth station "office/pick up" without a car on a saturday and no phone number to call. It it wasn't for the guy from EuropeCar office we would have wasted the day... Horrible service as much as the fact that nobody bothered to follow up, just a cancellation and goodbye...avoid this place!
