Bought the 800 vanity sink unit. Sink was poorly cast and is 15mm out of level between the front edge and rear edge. Has been four weeks trying to get a replacement with nothing received still. No phone number to speak to an actual person. Over priced poor quality unit and awful service. 20/3/23 Update- emailed as requested to Anca but no response.

** I have now been refunded the money for the replacement tray so in essence had an exchange for the original tray. I have amended the review from 2 to 4 stars to reflect this outcome. ** After ordering over 1000 of products, most of which were good quality and delivered fine, we had a problem with a dent and a scratch on a shower tray (both were hidden under the foam protection round the edge of the tray and were missed during initial inspection). As we were 4 days over the 30 returns date I had to pay for a replacement tray. We were offered a discount and free delivery but really an exchange would have been the most satisfactory outcome. The customer services assistant also disconnected our chat while I was in the middle of replying saying there was nothing more he could do and he had made his best offer of a resolution.
