Chris is a extremely polite and very professional applying attention to small details. He first surveyed the problem, ascertained the best course of action first seeing if there was a quick fix avoiding cost. We used Chris as the electrician on a full house renovation/remodel. This included a complete rewire of the property, fuse board installations, all light and socket fixings, as well as a complete new kitchen installation. Chris's work is very impressive, he is clean and tidy and talked us through all stages of the work and asked us what we wanted during all stages of the build. This job must have been difficult because of the client's poor health and cognitive difficulties and the condition of the property Chris was working in. It was also urgently needed as the temperatures were beginning to drop and the little heating there was in the house was unsafe. Chris took on board the seriousness of the situation and ensured the job took priority. Not only was the re-wiring and installation of the radiators done really well but Chris showed great tact and sensitivity in his handling of difficult situations with the client. Basically, he is a really nice and caring young man who anyone would be comfortable allowing into their homes. He also went above and beyond what we could reasonably have expected of him. Six stars for him I think. I cannot thank him enough.
