Called several times, on all occasions the person answering was either too busy or too uninterested to actually get me booked in. Emailed instead, actually got a reply, then was told I need to pay in advance so the day before the booking I called and emailed several times and no one answered for me to make a payment. As if they dont want your business. Not sure if Ive just been awfully unlucky but I would be very hesitant to use them again.

Zero stars for this service, but unfortunately the minimum is 1. The very short man who appears to do most shifts is extremely rude, sarcastic and has no personal skills whatsoever. Not even a good morning or please take a seat. Doesn't even look at you. Always expect a sarcastic comment when the van is returned. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. There is no complaints system on their website but I will see if I can speak to the owners direct about this employee. I will go elsewhere in future for my vans rather than have to deal with ignorant numpties like this. Good riddance.

Everything started well on the first hire of a Van with tail lift, which was required for central London (ok for ULEZ) clearing a flat. Nice a clean van, everything worked well, and the customer service was excellent. Then we had to return to London to get the remaining items. That's when it got bad: he'd forgotten we'd reserved a van from him for that weekend. In addition, while I was speaking with the owner in the office, another customer arrived, I was then ignored while they chatted. Then paperwork carried out and taken to van which had battle scars. 10 minutes after leaving the yard and heading to London, the ABS and ASR warning lights illuminate, causing the van to turn around and return to the yard; he showed no interest in the fault and said he had changed the brake pads early, so it could be a sensor fault; I inquired about a replacement. Van informed me that there were none available and that I would have to make do. so under pressure to get this job done I drove to London carefully. On the way back the next day late in the evening, all dashboard lights and information were not working. On the return of the Van the next morning, Iinformed his colleague. I thought that was the end of it and that I wouldn't need to use this company again, but on the 26th of February, I received a 160.00 fine from ULEZ for failing to comply with Euro 6 emissions standards. After asking for vehicles to be ULEZ friendly, and being told that all his vehicles were. I phoned and asked for help on paying this fine, but was rudely told no and had not asked for this etc. ( He was to busy dealing with other customer that day so I was not important) I would strongly look else where for hire as if anything goes wrong your on your own. Buyer/hirer beware!!
