What can I say about National radio bank the only place to go if you need radio communication equipment you can either buy or hire of them I use their equipment up to 30 times a year and never have any issues on the rare occasion we have a problem they are so accommodating either by sending a replacement out by next day or depending on where you are in the country will even drive out and replace equipment or on one occasion came and reprogrammed the radios as they had made a slight fault by programming things to the wrong channel which was an oversight on their behalf so came out and did us 3 1/2 hours on-site support and didn't charge us as they admitted the problem was from there end. They supply top quality radios that are delivered in pelican cases to ensure no equipment gets damaged in transit. Even that you are hiring in ear acoustic tube headset they are all professionally cleaned and sterilised and come in sealed bags so you can be confident that you're not using something that has previously been in somebody else's ear. When another company tried to entice us away by undercutting the extremely good price nrb provide I spoke with my contact there and as a Goodwill gesture they amended their quote so that a committee was not suede buy cheaper quote 4 what would have been inferior quality and service. If you are looking to buy or hire radio communication equipment there is no other place to go they will advise you on what you need and don't try and get you 2 purchase or hire more than you need.
