        My girlfriend tried to book a taxi with this company 4 times tonight by telephone. She is from Ukraine, she can speak English and has no problem communicating where she is and where she needs to go. Every time she tried to book the women answering kept hanging up when she was trying to book. Shes spent the last 3 hours in the freezing cold trying to get home. Your service is a disgrace. If you cant provide a service then at least tell your customers or find another job. Merry Christmas
