        Poor Taxi Service! Refuse your Custom. They hang up on you when trying to see if the taxi was ordered. muitlple times tried to use this company, previously said that we had booked a taxi and no one showed up even though we had never even called that taxi service that day and received poor customer service, to be honest quite rude. Unreliable service Would never use! And definitely don't trust.

        Taxi did not turn up and then claimed he had sat outside for 15 minutes and left. Sorry but in my experience a taxi would notify the residents when they had arrived, perhaps by ringing the doorbell! When our guests called to find out where their taxi was you refused to pick them up. Not what I would call 'A Taxi Service That Cares' as claimed on your website.
