My partner worked through Arc recruitment on a building site with 2 years work, at the end of August 2021he was admitted to hospital with sepsis, he phoned Arc to ask if they could get in touch with the site (a new manager started that day) and my partner didn't have his phone number, to cut a long story short Arc recruitment in one breath said they hadn't had any notification from my partner which was a lie as they phoned him whilst in hospital to see when he would be back to work, then he was due to go back to work at the building site Monday of this week, he phoned Arc to let them know and they said they would let the contractor know, two hours later another phone call from someone else telling him not to go back on Monday. My partner had to go to the site to pick his boots and hard hat up and the contract manager said he had been informed that my partner was in hospital then on holiday, but Arc had sent three useless drivers the week before so they went to another agency. My partner lost his job to this incompetent company, we have now lost out house and car. Thank you Arc recruitment

Interview arranged and completed. Lots of promises about taking application to the next step, then absolutely no contact again. Far better to go direct to motor dealers direct for employment. Very unprofessional
