So grateful to have had Konnie dealing with our move. She made it so smooth and done everything she could to help us. Any query or problem I had she dealt with. A move can be so stressful but it wasnt thanks to her and her team. Hopefully we have no tenancy issues but If we do I feel confident they will be dealt with quickly and effectively. Thank you again!

After being let down by other local letting agencies (one even turned us down due to my partner being pregnant), it has been refreshing to deal with a company that actually practices what it preaches in terms of how it treats tenants. We were shown around by Jordan and have since been in communication with Matthew regarding our potential future home, and they have both been very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Communication has been excellent, with every question we have had answered promptly, and after several negative experiences with other companies, Rosedale have certainly reassured us that finding a home neednt feel like an uphill struggle.
