        Popped in today staff member was very rude treat me like I shouldnt have been there I only went in for something that should have been given to me in the first place! Awful customer service

        Worst pharmacy ever! Literally had to wait 45 mins for the pharmacist to put 2 stickers on a box and put it in a bag! Absolute joke and waste of space!

        This is the worst boots I've ever been too, the staff are incredibly miserable and rude. Especially one particular lady who is often on pharmacy and when put on the tills, clearly begrudges it. Anything you ask for is met with a sigh. Despite me being very friendly. If you hate people then perhaps get a less customer focused role?! Boots normally had the loveliest staff... Not here. Crack a smile!
