Barchester - Wood Grange Care Home

My mum in law has just had a respite stay and when we visited we found it to be a relaxing calm environment, and all staff very attentive to the residents, we were pleased to see she settled in quickly and was very happy during her stay the food looked amazing and I cannot fault the home the home in any way, I would definately book another respite stay in the future. My husband recently had a 2 week respite stay at woodgrange. I was very happy with the care and support of all the staff, from the cleaners , carers, activities and management. The food was fabulous, lots of choices. Husband enjoyed the dining experience. Plenty of activities offered. Nice room looking onto the garden. I had a lovely rest and relaxed knowing my husband was being very well cared for. He thoroughly enjoyed the spa bath . I would most certainly recommend woodgrange to others and would use again in the future.

Over the last few years my wife and I have attended quite a lot of events at Wood Grange care home we have been to morning coffee,Christmas events,garden fetes at which my wife has helped on tombola stalls for my daughter who works there we have been to open days as well.Every time we have been residents and visitors have a great time and join in and all enjoy the day.If food is put on its of a high standard enjoyed by all,the staff work very hard to make these events special for residents and visitors as well as doing their normal work and are always smiling and cheerful.we would have no hesitation recommending Wood Grange.we have had family in the past in other care homes but nothing compares to Wood Grange.

Excellent service lovely food.free meal for the staff. Nice place to work! Residents well look after like a family.
