        My baby grand piano was in storage for almost 2 years, I received it back with water damage to the casing and all the felt inside has gone mouldy and on the hammers (it smells), the casing has been badly scratched and the hinges broken on the lid. It will cost me a considerable amount of money to get it restored in order for it to be used. VERY DISAPPOINTED EXPECTED MORE FROM CLIFFS and also given the costing involved. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE OUTCOME

        They moved us recently and they were brilliant, we had a slight delay with getting the keys for our new home but they took it all in their stride, very polite and very helpful
