2 years ago we sold a property through an Estate Agent in Peterborough and we had excellent service from the Sales Manager, Paul Cutmore. In April this year we were looking to sell another property and found that Paul had moved on. Your property is likely to be one of your most expensive assets, it is therefore important to pick the best people to be responsible for selling this. We were looking for a personal and professional service, together with knowledge and experience. It was important to us that we tracked Paul down. I did this through Linked In and found he had moved to Hall and Clark in Bourne. While the Bourne office is 16 miles from Peterborough, Paul was confident he could find a suitable buyer. His valuation and benefits of the property were accurate, and the professional photos used for marketing the property encouraged viewings. Kelsee, the Sales Negotiator booked several viewings and a suitable buyer and price was secured within days of going on the market. We were kept up to date with progress and the sale was completed smoothly within 12 weeks. If you are looking for reviews for selling or buying a house and want an honest opinion, stop looking you have found your agent. Hill and Clark are property experts, valuation spot on, advice exceptional, sold within 2 weeks only quality viewings were arranged. Kept me up to date all the time, quality imagery and video tour, floor plan ideal, narrative carefully worded and precise on the particulars. I can't complain about any aspect of my dealings with them. A five star quality service throughout, both Paul and Lewis are on the ball and respond quickly to any questions or queries. Exceptional.

I have had 2 letters from these within a week of my property going on the market, after Id already received genetic marketing through the door. I appreciate the tenacity and want for the business but found this excessive.

We purchased our new home through Hill & Clark and are really happy with the service we received. Our initial viewing was organised very quickly following our enquiry. We dealt mainly with Kelsey who spent many hours and put so much effort into pushing our sale through as it was delayed due to a situation further down our chain. We would highly recommend Hill & Clark as they go above and beyond to help you through every stage of home buying. We will definitely use again if we ever decide to sell.
