Absolutely shocking management. Zero care for the product and 100% wouldnt recommend working there awful awful place. Zero talking policy and theres a slave working mentally. Never worked anywhere like it. Management give absolutely zero f's about employees.

Training is very poor.They dont spend the time showing you how to do the job. Just given a drawing to work from and when they eventually notice you havent built the job correctly, you explain that its built to the drawing to which a reply comes the drawings are old and incorrect How are you supposed to get it right when the drawings are old and incorrect ? I saw and heard with my own eyes and ears someone told to move and work on a bench away from others because he was talking , yes he was talking but working at the same time. Unbelievable place and set up. A serious accident is in the pipeline as health and safety is non existent there. Thankfully I saw the light and got out shortly after starting. Job could have been enjoyable if people took the time to explain things and actually spend a bit of time with you until your confident that you know what your doing AND the Heath and safety needs addressing big time.
