        I ordered several items in July 2020...and I still haven't received anything. I've emailed them several times and they keep giving me the same "leather supply chain" excuse...for over a year and a half! And still nothing! The only thing they have delivered so far is nothing but excuses. And I can't get a refund or else I'll be out of over $150 because of the currency exchange rate! I couldn't go through Paypal for a refund because "hand made leather items can take 6 months to make" which is (convenient for them) beyond Paypal's 180 day refund policy. This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life!
