We encountered problems not clarified by instructions or materials included. We had to by additional timber to pad out the roof so as to get it just over/flush with the cladding. A roof has to fully cover a buildings walls and water would have gone straight in if we hadn't bought additional timber and spent time creating a larger footprint for the roof. The roof panels were machined to standard sizes, and weren't cut down to accommodate the length of our planned bespoke sized building. This customization was costly and the company offered no compensation. Otherwise the building is good.

Simply sips, simply brillaint.Have been fantastic. Great design service, happy to talk through ideas and really supportive. Delivery driver talked through build process and plans very detailed. Carpenter friend helped with build and was blown away by the precision and quality of the kit. Have 3 friends already who have visited the garden office and looking to order from simply sips.

UPDATE: 6 months later and due to the lintel piece above the french door not being strong enough and bowing down, the pressure from above (lintel and roof) is causing our french doors to deform...affecting the opening and closing of our doors....we're now in a position where the glazing company cannot do much to help us as it is a structural problem...and i doubt Simply Sips will offer any support - really dissapointed! do these guys even use a structural engineer to determine strength of their structure? its a joke. changing the rating due to this. please learn from us...and make sure the company you use know what theY ARE DOING Mixed experience: the good: good helpful communication prior to installation...always helpful and informative. installation was quick...the product in general seems pretty good on the face of it the Bad: installers did not use anything to support the roof panels whilst they were on the roof...the lintel piece above the french doors was clearly not strong enough and the installers stood over causing a dip...we now have a bowing roof line...not that great especially for us as we can see it clearly every time we see the garden room. installers placed a plastic sheet over the roof to water proof it until we installed the rubber roof...but then decided to batton it down with screws in the incorrect direction...water was not able to flow off the roof and worked its way through the holes causing a leak...the leaking water causing the flooring to bow...manager came out to resolve...thankfully i went into the garden room after 2 days of rainfall...otherwise it may have been event worse. Emailed the manager with my feedback for him to review ... and never had a response or any offer of some money back for the trouble and stress of having to source a water proof cover and spending a couple of hours on the roof in the night stopping the water leak...
