Excellent value on quality, carefully selected furniture. Worth a look to refurbish traditional, unique Castles like ours. Our new Drawing Room looks amazing with a selection of good quality second hand pieces and new furniture. I couldn't buy the quality of goods from suppliers now.

We visited Mike over 10 years ago all the way from Orkney in order to get ideas on furnishing 3 self-catering chalets we had just finished building. We had visited a few similar type places and decided to work with Mike due not only to his professionalism but he also seemed to have a "feel" for understanding what we were needing. He spent a great deal of time with us personally walking us through a vast warehouse piled to the ceiling with huge amount of furniture. To be honest, at the time, we were a bit overwhelmed. He calmed our apprehensions and assured us the furniture would be refurbished and recovered and would be perfect for our needs. He helped us not only pick used furniture to be re-finished i.e. bedroom suites, dining tables and chairs, living room furniture but also new items we were needing: mattresses, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc. His attention to detail was amazing, even down to the waste bins and hair dryers! Waiting for the delivery all the way up to Orkney we were a bit apprehensive but we shouldn't have been. Everything arrived as promised and our chalets were perfectly furnished. Ten years on and everything has held up well and nothing has had to be replaced. He meanwhile has kept us updated on new arrivals to his warehouse by e-mail. I have recommended Heritage Refurbishment to others in the industry here in Orkney and elsewhere. Everyone thinks I am so clever to have furnished my properties in this way but I really have to give the credit to Mike and his amazing team!

Placed the order on Friday, 4 chairs arrived on a pallet all wrapped in cling film 7.30 Monday morning. Excellent service. Excellent product at an unbelievable price. Thank you very much. If I need any more furniture I now know where to come

We bought bought 6 Tub chairs,we were so impressed by the quality we bought 3 more. They have given our bedrooms a great lift. Excellent service from Michael
