Hay Hampers

On receipt the soft cheese was inedible as the wrapper had been damaged and went straight in the bin outside. The other cheeses had a very short self life, 3 and 7 day only. Cheese board very poor and not luxurious. Very disappointed, not value for money.

I was happy with the experience I received. My hamper didn't arrive and they sent another with next day delivery and gave me a discount code. Very happy with the outcome

completely useless . i placed an order for my daughters' birthday to be delivered to China , 5 days ago. i am on the phone with them and they still haven't dispatched it . Their system is not updated and the selected date is only for the UK deliveries NOT TO TRUST .

I had previously written a review and provided a rating of 3 because the Hamper was sent abroad late. I had ordered a vegan Christmas Hamper on the 20th of November, with the expectation that it would be delivered to my friends in Australia on the 30th of November. Unfortunately the Hamper was only sent out on the 29th of November! I received a call from customer service,Wendy Davies, who investigated the matter and received a full explanation, very sincere apology, and offer to refund the delivery fee. I was also assured that the system would be updated so that this does not happen to another customer. This, in my opinion, demonstrated good customer service and I felt like a valued customer.

Received as a gift. One cheese had 5 days shelf life. Packers should check expiry dates. This has now been rectified & products replaced above & beyond. Its an excellent quality hamper.
