Tongues of Bourne, Dog Walking and Pet Services

We recently boarded our dogs Elvis and Pp with Tongues of Bourne, and we honestly couldnt be happier with the service. Kate & Jake who run Tongues are super friendly, personable and excellent dog handlers. Pp already goes on weekly walks with them in a doggy group and loves it, but what makes their business so great is that they are genuinely passionate about animals and love all the dogs they walk and look after. Elvis has epilepsy, and weve been struggling to find the right people to look after him, as hes a big responsibility to look after and requires daily medication. Kate & Jake came round one evening before we left to discuss his condition and gather all the necessary information required for his stay with them, and we felt very comfortable leaving him under their care whilst we were away. Kate sent me daily updates along with pictures and videos to show the boys and what they were up to each day, it made me and my partner very happy to receive these, as they brought us a lot of joy and comfort in knowing they were being looked after so well. Pp had his birthday with them whilst we were away, and they very kindly took him to the pet store to pick out a birthday treat for him and Elvis, which we thought was adorable and just above and beyond what wed expect - it honestly felt like we had left them with close friends wed known for a life time, which goes to show how much effort and thought Kate and Jake have put into their services. Elvis had some lovely off lead walks up the woods with their daily group dog walks, which was a treat to see! Being a hound, his nose can sometimes get the better of him, so it was really nice to see him enjoying the woods without a lead on. When the dogs were dropped off to us, they walked through the door so calmly (and they usually go absolutely nuts!)c, but they were so happy and content. They even spent time cuddling up and licking Kate & Jake before they left, we felt bad that they couldnt stay another night with them! Overall Id rate Tongues Of Bourne 11/10, because they not only met our expectations but went above and beyond that as well. Well be using them again and already have some dates in mind that we need to run past them. If youre looking for someone to look after your dog as if it were their own, then I would get in touch with Tongues. After an accident not able to take my dog myself .Katie and Jake are amazing with my staffy snoopy x he gets socialised with other dogs but still thinks Katie is all his when he is with the gang .thankyou for looking after snoopy for me xxx

Kate and the team are amazing and Ralph gets super excited when he knows its time for his Tongues of Bourne walks each week. They are reliable, good value and most of all the dogs are their priority! I would not hesitate to recommend.

Well what can I say Kate and her crew have been the best thing to happen to my Dalmatian Onyx.. he gets very excited to go out in the mornings with his little pack and has so much fun. I know he is in the best of hands. Kate knows her dogs and they all adore her.. as a per owner thats all you want is your dog treated like there own and Kate really does care.. best dog Walker around xx
